Computer Sales Representaive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell TOPCO's Computers Products and Services to prospective and existing Shared Customers.

  • Pursues leads from various sources (ACD line, e-mail inquires, referrals, business listings, etc.) with the goal to sell each prospect.

  • Qualify and enter all prospects into customer database.

  • Follow-up on all leads and prospects with the intent to sell.

  • Achieve monthly sales goals in specified areas. (Overall revenue, value-adds, New Customer Acquisition, etc.).

  • Manage personal customer base. Includes: entering orders; educating customers on company policies and procedures; consulting/advising customers on the best solution for their business; answering customer questions/concerns; escalating issues to the proper department; answering e-mail correspondence; documenting discussions with customers via email; building and maintaining relationships.

  • Tracking personal performance using available revenue, product, and call reports.
