Q. How will computers and parts orders be shipped?
A. We use UPS, Federal Express and DHL to ship our products world wide.
Q. How long before order are shipped?
A. All orders are shipped with in 24 to 72 business hours. (Except order placed between Friday noon to Sunday).
Q. What kind of payment methods do you have?
A. We use following methods:
1. We accept VISA, Master Card and Discover
2. Cashier cash, Money Order & Wire Transfer
3. Advance Business or personal Check. You send us the check prior to purchase.
All checks must be cleared from the bank before we process your order(s).
Q. What is your security formula?
A. At TOPCO, you can shop with confidence. We use the latest 128 bit encryption technology, digital certificates, secure commerce servers, and authentication to ensure that your personal information is secure online.
Q. Why do I have put a security code when placing my credit card data?
A. This process is to ensure the authenticity of your identity at e-topco.com. You must supply us with the three digits security code located back of your card. Security code can be located where you sign your card.
Q. What if I have different shipping address than my billing address?
A. At e-topco we care about our customer's security. And that is why you must fill out both the billing address and the shipping address. In some cases, we may require you to fax or mail your identification alone with a copy of your credit card (you must copy your credit front and back). You may need to contact your credit card company and inform them with your new shipping address.
Q. Can customers receive a refund?
A. Please see below for policies...
- Depending on the status of the order. If the credit card has not been authorized, then the order can be modified. Please e-mail us at accounting@e-topco.com with your original e-mail (showing all the order data).
- If credit card has been authorized and the computer or other merchandise is still in the warehouse, then there will be a 10% charge.
- If credit card has been authorized and the computer or other merchandise has left the facility, then there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. (within 7 days from the date you receive the product)
Q. How do you handle Damaged Computer Merchandise?
A. In the event damaged merchandise is received, retain the original shipping carton(s) and take the following steps that apply:
