designed to make your notebook computer transactions and details about your account with TopCo accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The e-Connect order entry function allows you to
verify your contractual price before you submit the order. You
can modify your billing and shipping information and submit
the order all through the e-Connect web site.
After you submit your order, you will receive and order
confirmation

In e-Connect you can check the status of any open
order or a closed order within ninety days. Whether you placed
the order through e-Connect or by other means, you can track
its progress.
e-Connect provides "real time order status." Every
time your order is changed or updated, e-Connect information
is updated. The last date your order was changed is included
